Yong Deng

Mr. Yong Deng is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, USA. He graduated from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, earning a Juris Doctor degree.

 

Mr. Deng specializes in intellectual property legal services across the United States, including but not limited to: patents, trademarks, copyrights, ITC 337 investigations, and cross-border e-commerce infringement defense and litigation. As a former Sun-certified Java programmer, Mr. Deng has extensive experience in software development and has served as a systems analyst at Accenture. He has also founded three consulting companies. With his many years of entrepreneurial and technical development experience, he effectively communicates with clients' management and technical personnel to help them balance legal, business, and technical aspects, providing comprehensive intellectual property protection solutions for commercial and technical enterprises.

Mr. Deng also has extensive experience in immigration law, practicing in areas such as: extraordinary ability (EB-1A), national interest waiver (NIW), family and marriage immigration, various waivers, asylum, and removal defense. Before moving to the United States, Mr. Deng founded a successful immigration consulting firm in mainland China, providing professional consulting services to numerous families, corporate executives, and individuals of extraordinary ability, and accumulating a wealth of experience in the process. His efforts have not only helped many professionals achieve their dream of immigrating to the United States but also assisted countless families in reuniting in America. These experiences enable him to handle complex immigration cases more adeptly, offering clients comprehensive and efficient immigration legal services.
