Mr. Yong Deng is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, USA, and specializes in intellectual property across the United States (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and ITC 337 investigations) and immigration law. He is also a registered patent agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
As a former Sun-certified Java programmer, Mr. Deng has extensive experience in software development and has served as a systems analyst at Accenture. He has also founded three consulting firms. With many years of entrepreneurial and technical development experience, he is able to effectively communicate with corporate management and technical personnel, helping them find a balance between law, business, and technology, and providing comprehensive solutions for patent applications and intellectual property protection for business and technology companies.
Mr. Deng graduated from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
