Yong Deng

Mr. Yong Deng is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, USA, and specializes in intellectual property across the United States (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and ITC 337 investigations) and immigration law. He is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

As a former Sun-certified Java programmer, Mr. Deng has extensive experience in software development and has served as a systems analyst at Accenture. He has also founded three consulting firms. With many years of entrepreneurial and technical development experience, he is able to effectively communicate with corporate management and technical personnel, helping them find a balance between law, business, and technology, and providing comprehensive solutions for patent applications and intellectual property protection for business and technology companies.

Mr. Deng graduated from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, earning a Juris Doctor degree. Before moving to the United States, he founded a successful immigration consulting firm in mainland China, providing professional consulting services to numerous families, corporate executives, and outstanding talents, accumulating rich experience in the process. Mr. Deng's efforts have not only helped many professionals realize their dreams of immigrating to the United States but also assisted countless families in reuniting in the U.S. These experiences make him more adept at handling complex immigration cases, enabling him to provide comprehensive and efficient legal services to his clients.
